Uplift Abroad provides study abroad counselling and support with university applications, scholarships, education loans, visas, accommodation and pre-departure preparation. The specific services, timelines and any fees for your case are agreed with you separately.

Admission decisions are made by universities, and visa decisions by the relevant government authorities. We give our best professional guidance, but we cannot guarantee an offer, a scholarship, a loan or a visa. Figures on this website (such as fees, living costs and work rights) are indicative and may change.

• Provide information and documents that are true, complete and your own.
• Keep your portal password private and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
• Meet deadlines we share with you, and respond to requests from universities or authorities on time.

The portal lets you manage your profile, upload documents and follow your progress. We may update or improve it, and we may suspend accounts that are misused. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Our first counselling session is free. Any paid services, and the refund terms that apply to them, will be agreed with you in writing before you pay.

To the extent permitted by law, Uplift Abroad is not liable for decisions made by universities or authorities, or for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction.
